Services
Chimbo Network Group provides digital marketing, app development, trading & logistics, and software services. All services are subject to the specific agreement entered into between you and Chimbo Network Group.
Client Obligations
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Pay invoices within agreed timelines
- Cooperate with our team during project delivery
- Respect intellectual property rights
Intellectual Property
All deliverables created by Chimbo Network Group remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon receipt of full payment, applicable rights are transferred to the client as specified in the project agreement.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Tanzania.
