Client Portal 101: How to Get the Most From Your Chimbo Dashboard

Your Chimbo client portal gives you real-time visibility into every project, ticket, and order — all in one place. Here is a quick guide to making the most of it.

Your Chimbo client portal gives you real-time visibility into every project, ticket, and order — all in one place. Here is a quick guide to making the most of it.

Track project progress in real time

Head to the Projects tab to see the current status and completion percentage of every active project. Milestones are listed so you always know what is done and what is next — no need to chase us for updates.

Raise and track support tickets

Have a question, a revision request, or a billing query? Open a ticket directly in the portal. You will get notified when we reply, and the full conversation history is always there for reference.

View your orders and deliverables

Every service you have ordered with Chimbo appears in the Orders tab — including status, fulfilment details, and any tracking information for physical shipments.

Update your profile

Keep your contact details, company name, phone number, and country up to date in the Profile tab so our team always has the right information on file.
